This service is for clients who are looking to purchase two
or more properties and who wish to take a structured, analytical

Our portfolio service will be available from December 2005,

Option 1: Once again, for referred sales,
we will typically pay existing clients a starting rate of
15% of the available commission on any development, which
varies from country to country, depending on the prevailing
rates where the property is located.
The applicable commission level increases with the cumulative
volume of completed sales generated by purchasers
that you introduce. Movement between tiers is upwards only
- sales levels are not reset to zero monthly, annually or
over any other timescale.
